All dinner selections can be served as plated or buffet* and include your choice of salad, side, seasonal vegetables and freshly baked rolls and breads.

We use only all natural Amish chickens, free range beef and pork and our seafood is wild and sustainable.

  • Caesar with croutons, grated parmesan cheese and caesar dressing
  • Organic petite lettuce salad with carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers

add toasted nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds) and cheese (feta, goat, blue)

  • Basil thyme vinaigrette ranch

  • Aged balsalmic vinaigrette parmesan peppercorn

  • Cilantro avocado ranch sesame vinaigrette
